This is my favorite time of the month, having our monthly Cooking Club! The club consists of 6 incredible women, wonderful food and lots of laughs. We pick a theme every month, and experiment with some great recipes across the web. It started with my great friend Hollie and her mother Dorene, and has expanded to Barb, Nancy and Mary. Each person is assigned a course, the host always making the main dish. This is a huge meal consisting of a drink (ususally alcholic) with bread, appetizer, side, soup/salad, main and dessert.
